    Connecting Threads Order

    Got my order today and I got the 6.5 x 6.5 Bloc - Loc the other day.
    I cleaned and re arranged my sewing room Sunday so I now can have my Brother machine set up for when I want to practice FMQ which I did a bit today and My Janome 8900 I will use to do all my other sewing on. Had to go buy a 4 foot table to put the Janome on. This way I don't have to keep changing settings which I can never remember anyway when I do want to practice. And I took the wheels off my cutting table and boy what a difference. It was way to high for me so I got the screw driver and went to town. It is now perfect for my height 4"9".

    I got a kit to make a purse, threads, a wood finger press and a Press Perfect tool so I can quit burning my fingers all the time.

    What a lovely haul Ann! I love their thread and always get a mess of it when it is on sale. I have a wood finger press and keep forgetting I have it until it is too late to use itSad smile I can’t wait to see your purse when you post it.

      Great haul Ann. I think that one of our forum winners for the Lovely challenge got some of these things as her gifts. I wasn't familiar with them, but the pressing items looked awesome! I checked out the Bloc-loc ruler and I can see why this would be great for HST's. It's often hard to get the corners exact and it looks like that ruler is made to solve the problem. Now, I just have to find one. May I ask where you found yours?

                You did good, Ann! Connecting threads is having a nice sale right now on cutting tools, mats, embroidery tools among other things. Didn't see an end date for the sale. 40% off lots of items and yeah, I did place an order!! I just can't seem to help myself...
