My first Snap Bag

Well after receiving a beautiful snap bag from carol336 last week I thought maybe I should give it a shot and try making one. My sister was over yesterday and saw the one from Carol and said to me, oh maybe you can make me something like that for my glasses. So I sat for most of the day today planning this out. Thought I would start with something on the smaller side, so after a few nicks on the fingers from the sharp edges of the metal tape and then using the rotary cutter to trim the sides after sewing, and almost trimmed the side of my finger, here it how it turned out. It will hold a regular pair of glasses but not sunglasses. Thanks for looking.

Super Job Barbara . . . the next one -- put a piece of tape on the ends of the tape measure so you don't cut yourself again

It turned out great! I have sliced the side of my finger off before & it took a long time to heal. Maybe Mary Fons is right, and we need a klutz glove!
