    Pretty in Pink

    I finished this UFO last night. It was supposed to go to the community service group of my guild but I think I'll give it to a friend at work who just had his first granddaughter instead. This one used up 3 different fabrics from my stash (which is why it doesn't have borders on the sides). I used the serpentine stitch on my machine instead of SID. I even sewed the binding on by machine - both sides.

    That turned out cute!

    I was laughing because I thought that was someone's weird looking hat in the picture. When I enlarged it I could see it was your light fixture.

        Initially my husband was peeking out and it looked like he was wearing a funky old-lady hat. lol

          Cute quilt and I did a double take on the lamp too - thought it was some kind of stocking cap.
