Yes, I used the binding tool and no, it wasn't difficult at all or I couldn't have done it! I've been quilting (piecing) for a little over a year. MSQC has shown me so many wonderful ways to make pretty quilts without being intimidated! You'll have fun, it was fast too.

Re: I've been busy....................
Twnk these are great! Don't you love when you can just dig into a project with no "hubby" distractions? I just have to get one of these binding tools. I won the weekly giveaway and was waiting for it to appear as a Daily Deal but then I saw the Shebert Pips Jelly Roll and could not resist so I spent all my points on that. Now I will get the tool next. For the braid - did you use a jelly roll? Just one?
Thanks for sharing your beauties!

Re: I've been busy....................
I love the friendship braid quilt. That has to go on my list for "next" . . . . . . LOL! Okay, I wrote the first two sentences and then went and watched the video for the friendship braid quilt and now, I have to watch for a Daily Deal that I like so I can order the Binding Tool. Though, I think I could figure it out without it but why rack my brain. Need the brain for other things . . . .like quilting the quilt. LOL!.Last edited by llm161; April 20, 2011, 05:05 PM.Linda L Maurer, Peach Bottom, PA
