Double Hour Glass quilted! (binding pending)

So we took to hear much of the advice that was offered in my http://forum.missouriquiltco.com/qui...se-border.html thread.

We went with a smaller white inner border and a single wider multi-color outer border. The pictures of the backing fabric (which will also be used for binding) are so bright and fun. I used my fancy new SITD foot for my walking foot and the quilting went really easy. I stitched around each block, the border, and then did the X's across each block. My phone ate the picture I took of the top after I trimmed the batting/backing so excuse the extra warm-n-white sticking out.

Looks great Ryan. I just love these fabrics, and they are so suited to this pattern. So bright and fantastic against white. It is a must do for me (among many others).

I love it and want to make one! Since I am link-impaired (I just can't find it) can someone post the link with directions on how to make this very cute block the easy way? You did a great job on this one. It is adorable.

This is simply amazing! Fusions Texture? What is that beautiful backing? Looks like rainbow reed grass. Hubby loved it. I love bold color and prints. I'm digging the multicolored border.
