Thanks everyone..believe it or not, it is already quilted. I just done a stitch in the ditch. wanted the fabric to be the point of attraction and not the quilting so I kept it subtle.

This runner is one of Jenny's originals. She does a tutorial on it in her sympoz class and I think (not positive...but I think) you can find it in the archives of the blog. If you can't find it.... let me know and I'll write down the instructions for you......it's pretty easy to construct.
