    Finally! Daughter's quilt is done!

So I asked for help with this quilt a while ago, but I kept putting it off. But now it's done! I finished it this morning before my daughter was awake and slipped it over her as a surprise when she woke.

Summer, what a great job you did, and what a sweet way to give your daughter her quilt. Way to go!

Very very very nice. Love those colors together and the fabric pattern sets it off as well.
You did great. I know your DD will love it.

That's really pretty and a great way to present it to her. I made Katie a very bright rail fence with 5 rails and placed it on top of her for when she woke in the morning too. I could hear the ooh's and aah's from down the hall. I bet your daughter loves it!

Thank you for all the kind words!

                Trish, great minds... =)

And she does love it. In fact she's cuddled up with it on the couch this evening while she's colored and is now reading. Hmm, I should snap a pic.

Ooh! I remember you asking about this quilt, it has turned out absolutely lovely, you must be very proud. And I'm sure one very lucky little girl was very happy to wake up to such a lovely surprise.

Pat yourself on the back, well done.
