I'm working on another tumbler quilt. I need to decide what color I want to use for borders and inset between the two panels. I layed it out against some purple flannel I have(not the fabric I will use) and also against my white bedspread. any suggestions?? picture quality isn't the greatest-used my phone camera.

Re: opinions?
I'd say to use whatever color you want to use to pop your favorite color in those blocks.

I'm leaning towards the purple myself.... great idea to take a panel with you to the store! You know you've had too much coffee when you can thread a sewing machine while it's running.

Re: opinions?
I brought some purple home and showed to DD1 and she suggested adding a green border to it too. Oh my, what an enabler she is. we'll see. if we do get snowed in I'll finish it with what I have. if not I'll drag her out with me to shop some more.“What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world, is and remains immortal.”
