    A Hubble Space Telescope Quilt

    My mother and I made this for my oldest son on his 10th birthday. At the time he was very interested in space, telescopes and becoming an astronaut. Now, at 14, he's more interested in guitars and computers. Ah, well...

    We used images from NASA's Hubble website and printable inkjet fabric.

      You truly have created a ONE OF A KIND quilt. When your boys get a little older, I bet they will show renewed interst in it. It's beautiful.

        Wowzers! That is one tremendous project. Talk about love and devotion. My oldest son who is a Science professor would go bonkers over that one!

              What a beautiful job on that quilt! I bet they'll appreciate it more when they are a little older too. Cute kids too!

                Wow...that is one great quilt! Time to make a guitar one for him! He can pass them on when he has kids!
