Christmas presents

I made these in a mad panic the night before Christmas Eve. The coasters were for my dad and step-mum and the owl tea-cosy was for my mum. I'm really pleased with how they turned out although the owl is a little small because I traced around a tea-cosy we already had and forgot to add seam allowances!

I absolutely love this. I have a wall hanging in my kitchen with jelly jars on it that I made my mother several years ago. When she passed away I took it off her kitchen wall and hung it in my own kitchen. It is old and dusty but I love it just the same. Thanks for sharing your pictures with us.

Love those coasters and the owl is so cute. Beautiful colors. If the owl is too small for the teapot, tell her to place it over her mug of tea to keep that warm.

Those are very lovely! The tea cozy isn't too small for a small teapot. It would be just right! Love the colours you used. I gave up on getting any gifts done for Christmas this year about December 18th! But look out next year! lol
