    Wild Pillowcases!

These pillowcases have been in my UFO pile since the end of July! Thank goodness they are finally done. They will be going to a friend of youngest DD. She stayed with them for several days on our getaway and these are a Thank You and also a birthday gift. I also made the little zipper bag to match as DD loves them for all kinds of things--I have lost count on how many I have made her!
So, yesterday I finished up pressing, signing and pinning my swap blocks and made these pillowcases and zipper bag. My UFO pile is getting smaller!! WoooHooo!!

          Thank You so much all!
I get so much inspiration from all of you!
Laura, you don't have to ask, look through my album and it wouldn't be snooping either. I don't see it as talent, but I do love making things. If they make DD's and their friends happy, that makes it much more fun!

Amazing. Now I have got another thing to make the kids!!! Do you have any instruction or just general "how to" to make them? My GD's would love the zebra print ones. I think I would like to make them for them for Easter (I do non-candy stuff!)

Coffeebreak, I generally follow Jenny's tutorial to make them. In the video Jenny talks about using a french seam or serger to finish the edges, she used a serger-but it's not in the video. I don't know how to use my serger (yet), so I use a french seam to complete the end and side of the cases I make, there are no raw edges that way.
