    My first quilt following a pattern..(somewhat)


    My sister wanted to have something to raffle for a Veteran organization.... i'm in a little quilting group.. i conned them into helping me make 2 quilts to raffel...

    Mine is the "rail fence flag" one... i think from Fons and Porter...
    the other was using combined stash.. i think they came out good and made a few dollars...bj

    Very nice!! I hope you raise lots of money! You shouldn't have a problem though with those quilts.

      The quilts did turn out great!. Very tasteful and would have been very easy to bid on. Good for you. dmt

          Very nice! I love them both but if I had to pick 1, I'd choose the 2nd one.

          I'm sure you'll make lots on the raffles.

                          Thank you all for the very nice compliments... i'll post more soon i hope...

                          since these, i have gotten myself a Grace Pinnacle Frame with a Janome quilting machine.... lots of fun....

                              How great to give to a charity!!!! I hope they make tones of money for vets everywhere!! Both are just beautiful. I only hope to get that good someday!!!
