    Jumers Cinnamon Logs

    Jumers Cinnamon Logs

    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 C. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 a. butter, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon

    Dissolve yeast with warm water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Mix Bisquick with 1/2 cup water and add to yeast mixture.
    Dough should be soft, but not gooey.
    Divide dough into fourths and roll each into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Starting with long end, roil up into a log.
    Cut at I-inch intervals, not all the way through.
    Place on cookie sheet and brush tops with butter and sprinkle with rest of cinnamon-sugar.
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen rolls.
