    Crock pot Bar-B-Que pulled chicken

I tried making this from a bottle of sauce an onion and I forget what else. I used thighs when it called for breasts. It came out too sweet and dry,

Second try last night. I used breasts instead of thighs, it shreds much nicer. I decided to try the McCormick slow cooker seasoning and it came out so good!!! I would leave out the water until later if you need it. I ended up reducing the liquid on the stove and put it back in the chicken. Oh and I added an onion.

I made it with a little cabbage slaw with fresh apples.

The web site has lots of great slow cooker recipes too.

I was just thinking that because I added a fairly large onion that's why there was so much liquid. If you do add the water reducing at the end wasn't a hassel at all. I made the salad at the same time.

This is on the spicy side, like you used a rubbed seasoning. That's pretty much what it is. lol This chicken recipe is different than the back of the pork package too. I guess because of the different meats.
