    My daughter fixed my goof-up.

Last night I got two boxes of a banquet all in one and some veggies out of the cupboard for dinner. My youngest had been home sick, so I was into really into cooking. My second daughter put everything together in the baking dish I gave. I was mixing up the biscuits for the top when she looked at me and said, "Mom, where are you planning to put that. There is no room in the dish." I looked over and the dish was filled completely to the top, because I had handed her the wrong baking dish. I floundered around for a minute wondering what to do. She then asked if we could just make the biscuits in the sandwich maker. So, I put the baking dish in the oven and warmed up the hot sandwich maker. We made the biscuits in it and they turned out wonderful. The girls actually liked them better because they were crispy on both sides, not just the top.

Just thought I would post this in case anyone else has a moment like this.
