    Williamsburg Cheese Soup

    Williamsburg Cheese Soup
    Served at the Pastor Appreciation dinner

    6 cups of water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    3 cups frozen hash browns
    1 lb pkg broccoli/ cauliflower mix
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. pkg Velveeta, cubes

    Combine the first five ingredients and cook for 15 minutes. Add the broccoli mix and bring to a boil. Turn down to medium heat and add the soup and cheese. Simmer on low so it doesn’t scorch. Stir often . makes 1 gallon.
