    Gooey Butter Cookies

    Gooey Butter Cookies

    1 stick butter
    ¼ tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 box yellow cake mix
    Powdered sugar

    Mix first four ingredients until light and fluffy.
    Add cake mix.
    Chill 30 minutes
    Heat oven to 350and spray cookie sheet
    Drop dough by teaspoon in powder sugar and roll into balls
    Bake 10-12 minutes
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar

      Stop!!!!! lol. If I keep making everything you write about I'm gona weight 250 lbs. And I won't have time to sew. But it all taste so good!!!!!<3

          These sound good. Ever make them with a chocolate cake mix? That is what I have in the house right now!

            I have a similar recipe that suggests other flavor combos-chocolate with mint, cherry with almond, etc. It does make a nice cookie.
