    My Salsa recipe

    Use the canning method that works for you. I use what my mother-in-law taught me. I wash and dry my jars, stack them in the oven on their side, set oven to 200. This is the first thing I do before anything else. I also put my ingredients through the food processor, saves time for me, and we like ours smooth. Boil your sealers for about 15 minutes before you are about to fill your jars. Fill and seal.

    And that's it. I hope it works for you and it should.
    Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!

          Your recipe sounds wonderful & I can't wait to make it. Would you clarify the size of the tomatoe paste can please??? 4 oz. 6oz ??? Larger?

            For my double batch I used 2-13oz cans because that is what I bought this year. Other years I used those really small cans. I guess it depends on how thick you want your salsa.
