          I’ve never tried lobster bisque. We don’t get good seafood in our area...if any at all other than frozen.

            In 57 years of eating in restaurants all over the country I have never tried lobster. Not really sure why, but I think part of it is because it reminds me of an oversized crawdad.😁

              Thanks for sharing. I make mine very similar but often use broth made from lobster shells instead of chicken stock. Looks yummy. There's some lobster calling to be made into a soup.

              Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

              Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.
