I believe this is mostly a deep south recipe, but doe's anyone have any to share? it's made from cheddar cheese then either put in a bag with a wide tip, or use a cookie press with a wide slot. I think way back, Paula Dean had a cooking show and mentioned having them in her restaurant, similar to a cracker. Thanks Kathryn

All the places I worked we made them with puff pastry. We did make our own, ugg, but the freezer section is always there. lol
