    I've eaten the Filipino version, but they are fried too. I think I would make banana chips. You can dehydrate them in the oven. Then you have more uses for it. crumble it on ice cream, put in some granola or muffins,ect.

    I don’t usually eat fritters because of them normally being fried. If you like fried food I would give them a try.

    Can't help you with that as I have never made them. I would make them up and see if you like them. When our bananas start looking too brown we make banana bread or muffins. It freezes very well.

    Banana Fritters ?

    My DH just found a recipe for Easy Jamaican Banana Fritters & I was wondering if anyone has ever made them? I've eaten apple fritters from the store before but never heard of the Banana Fritters. They look so good & easy to make. What's your opinion on these? He's always buying bananas & ends up not eating them all. I've frozen them for banana muffins but want to try something different for a change.
