Re: Prayers for my son please

Thank you all for your prayers. I took him some soup last night and he was able to eat it, and the vomiting seems to have stopped today. He stayed home from work today and seems to be feeling a little better tonight. He came over at supper time and ate a little bit, and I sent him home with more soup, crackers, ginger ale and Gatorade! Still haven't gotten a doctor's appointment - so many people are sick right now. I hope he doesn't give up on trying to get an appointment because he feels better. Thank you again for your prayers.

I hope they diagnose him quickly. His symptoms could reveal a number of issues-- gall bladder, kidney stones, stomach ulcer, virus. Diagnosis is best left to the medical profession.

My step son had similar issues and nothing helped. Finally, a trip to ER for IV fluids and Gravol, blood tests and X-rays revealed he had mono (which is a viral), with inflamed spleen from no treatment. I would have never guessed that, but happy he finally agreed to go to doctor.

A very dear friend's son had the exact issues, they finally found out it was kidney stones! He had surgery, and was good after that, except Dr. said no more large amounts of foods that contain calcium in his diet. He always drank lots of milk. He is doing well now. Hope your son get relief soon. Kidney stones don't always show symptom's when urinating.

    Cokie,
Of course I will say prayers for your son! So sorry to hear that he isn't feeling well and hope that the doctors find out what the problem is soon. Has he been checked for a possible stomach ulcer or perhaps a Gall Bladder issue?

Due to my medical issues I can honestly say I know how he feels as far as vomiting issues go.
There's a lot of issues that could possibly cause the symptoms he is having of course, not just the two things I posted here.
Hope the doctors find out soon what's wrong!
