The final chapter . . .

It is with an extremely sad heart that I have to tell you that my husband passed away this morning about 11:25. They took his breathing tube out yesterday about 11:10 a.m. He had just been through too much with the cancer, pneumonia, blood infection, perforated bowel, his body just could not heal itself. Just don't forget to tell your better half that you love him/her everyday. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers as I went through this horrible journey. He had been in the hospital since March 1 and this has been the worst month of my life.
