    I just use 1 cup flour, one large egg and a bit of water if needed, no more than a tablespoon. Some eggs are "moister" than others. Pinch of salt if desired. You want a really stiff dough for the machine, and knead it well so its not lumpy.

        Klasien, I make my own Mac and Cheese. No problem finding cheddar at Albert Heijn. https://www.ah.nl/zoeken?rq=cheddar&searchType=global
