Yes, it nearly got me a few times too. If you are on a phone it is directly over the scrool bar in the lower right corner

Maybe your screen % is too high. I have mine at 125%.

it is more than a half inch away from the scroll bar on my screen. No issue here at all.

Is anyone else having trouble with the live chat icon? It seems to have been moved much to close to the little scroll arrow and I keep accidentally starting live chats with M*. Have they recently changes this? This problem seems to have just started, I had 4 chats started by accident today while shopping. I think, at least for me, a better location for it would be the upper left rather than the lower right of the page.
