Visited NYC and saw our Rockette

We returned last evening from 3 days in NYC...we traveled with our oldest son and dil on Amtrak...
we saw the afternoon show of the Radio City Rockettes which our granddaughter Nina is a part of this year....it was awesome!! And I also got to do some Christmas shopping...I was amazed at how busy NYC is ...we saw them getting the tree ready for light up night at Rockefeller Center, too...15267971_10207692090445884_1458501420275504787_n.jpg

I'm so glad you got to see her show! I'm going to NYC in 2 weeks and hope to see the Christmas show. Saw it last year and loved it so much I want to see it again!

Carol, I surely can see where GD got her good looks. You look amazing and after all that surgery last summer too. The trip must have been terrific. I remember going to NYC almost 20 yrs ago and visiting the rockette dressing room and the stage. Maybe the highlight of my trip. It was an amazing place and all that history. Never been on an Amtrak but can imagine it made the trip seem incredible. And of course, sharing it with family. That makes the memories.

Was she in the Thanksgiving Day parade? I saw the Rockettes and wondered if she was there! They were wonderful!

Yes, she was in the parade...she started out on the far right and then moved throughout the routine...
