Happy Thanksgiving!

I haven't been posting much lately, I have lurked from time to time. I miss all of you. I hope everyone is having a safe and happy thanksgiving, celebrating in the way that you enjoy.

Just an update:

My friend with cancer I moved to help, is moving into assisted living within the next two weeks. Things have been hectic and crazy here since March. Toward the end of December I'm moving back to Jefferson City, to the apartment complex I was in for six years. I'll be across the hallway from where I was when I moved in March. I'll have a three bedroom apartment instead of a two bedroom. I'll have a dedicated sewing room! I'll be back on the forum more once I get moved.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Bob! Glad to hear you are moving back to Jeff, I know you were so happy living there with all your friends.....good for you!!

We are back from sharing Thanksgiving with Reggie and her wonderful family. We had a great time meeting everyone and visiting around the room. The food was wonderful and so much of it! We had to come home earlier than we would have liked because Olive is down with another UTI and couldn't be left alone for hours and hours.

Jocelyn, the pumpkin pies were a real hit. I took four and they were gone in no time.

I hope everyone had a good meal and time with family and friends.

Glad to hear everyone is having a good day. Bob, good luck with your move back to Jefferson. It will be nice having your dedicated sewing room. I spent the day alternating between cooking and quilting. (and now checking out the forum)
