Hoot of the Autumn Night Owls

Hoot hoot! It's getting chilly here in Iowa at night, but I like it cool. I have been working on my counted cross stitching, and I tried out some needle punch embroidery too for fun. I just finished the Trick or Treat Sampler, so if you want to see that, I put up photos in my album here. I am now back to working on old fashioned St. Nicholas project. I still haven't decided if I want to do six or nine.

Hoot hoot I didn't think the Owls would be out tonight.I'm glad to see that at least there is one other Owl.It's cool here also I can feel the temp. dropping as I sit here.We had frost early in the week in the morning,my kids had to break out their scrappers.Did you frame your trick or treat sampler?What did you think about the punch embroidery? I didn't find it all that interesting really.I've had the itch to start crocheting lately but haven't started a project yet.

I had mixed feelings about the punch embroidery but I'm willing to try it some more. I wish that you didn't have to do from the back side, so you can't see what you are doing on the front side! However there are a couple of cute projects that I would like to have.
