    I see I am late this morning!
    It's good to know someone else will carry on if I miss a day now and then! Thank You!
    Yes, Alan Jackson is really good......I hope you won't mind if I post the one I had in mind;

    The actress that played this part recently passed away.......

      Both wonderful songs for today. Kathy, I didn't realize she had passed away.

      Listening to the Alan Jackson song brought tears to my eyes this morning. It actually brought a slideshow of special memories of life in the house in Brooklyn that we will be leaving for the last time very soon. Although I haven't actually lived there for a very long time, it was our family home since 1962 and it is hitting me very hard. It may sound a bit bizarre to be so emotional about a building but that's where I am.

      Thanks for sharing such great music.

        This is one of my all-time favorites. I love the way Alan Jackson sings it. I would say he has lived it.

          They are both great songs. The one from the Sound of Music was one of my favorites from that show.

            I feel awful this morning... Had insomnia last night...no sleep... It was after 4am, before I finally drifted off... I'm hoping the day gets better... Thank goodness for coffee...
