A few months ago I had a dream.

The Dream:
I was walking through bushland when suddenly a snake loomed overhead from a tree. I desperately jumped out of its reach.

Reality:
I woke up as I crashed into my marble topped bedside table and radio and landed on my knees some 3 feet from my bed!

The Result:
Some very wiggly teeth (now in tooth fairy land), bruised knees, and a bruised and swollen cheek.

The Upside:
Thank goodness the radio "softened" the impact. Hitting the marble table top full force could have been a lot, lot worse methinks.

The Dental Specialist:
Endless consults! Still ongoing!

All I want for Christmas is....................... (and to be able to smile again)

How awful for you. My DGD is going through the same thing from having all her front teeth knocked out in a hiking accident. It costs a small fortune to have extensive dental work done over here. Good luck with yours.

Sure hope you killed that snake. Oh, You must feel so uncomfortable. I hope all the consults end and that for you Christmas comes real early this year..

So sorry! I've been there with the teeth. I was in an accident a few years ago and both top front teeth were knocked out. Hello 6 months of dental appointments and two very expensive dental implants. But in the end worth it. I hope all goes well with yours and you heal quickly.

OMIGOSH! Were you sleep walking? Hope there is nothing seriously wrong with your teeth. That's one of my worst nightmares is having serious dental issues. (((HUGS))) xox

Thankyou for your concern and interest in my bizzare nightmare! Saw the specialist today and I may just get my wish! I had hoped for a "Christmas in July", but it looks like it will be an early Christmas present in late November/early December. Thank goodness this is not a life threatening medical issue. I can still eat, but don't have the prettiest of smiles (so I don't )! So be it. It certainly could be worse. What a nightmare!
