There was a class action settlement on some kind of ebook case. Forget which publishing house it was. They gave people who had bought ebooks the credit which would automatically be deducted from the next purchase. I had a surprise like that too, but then I found an email they had sent about the issue. Maybe this explains your credit amount?Comment

Recently, a class action lawsuit about digital books against a major publisher. A credit was applied to those customers who purchased digital (kindle) books during a certain time frame. This credit may be your credit.Comment
