I made up a recipe for wedding cake that I found online. It's very yummy and moist, with vanilla and almond extracts in it. My welts are worse today. Maybe working in the garden yesterday aggravated my skin. I'll survive. I'm also looking on Craigslist for cheap furniture for my buddy who is moving. How are things in your tree?

Things are quiet as usual in my end of the forest.I spent the day at a friends cookout today was her Birthday.The cake you made sounds good.I hope your skin clears up soon.Have you looked for consignment shops or thrift shops for your friends furniture? They can be good places to look.

Restore is kind of random in what they carry hit or miss. But prices are great. The store is overstock from Habitat for Humanoty.

Yum! Cake!

I picked 6 quarts of blueberries today. I still have two bushes to go and we will get more over the next few weeks. The raspberries are coming on, but I think the birds are getting to more than I am. We may have to cage those in next year. Ugh.
I got the string up on the bean poles and tied up the peas too. I'll need to start the next batch of cilantro and should pick and dry the tarragon.
