      Re: Saying Goodbye

So sorry to hear of your loss and I know there are no words that will help right now. Celebrate that you had him for so many years. It is difficult; we are just grieving the one year anniversary of my mom's passing today so I can absolutely feel your pain.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. What a blessing you had him for so long, but that doesn't make it any easier.

I'm so sorry. I lost my dad in 1980 and, sometimes, it seems like it was yesterday. ((((HUGS))))

So sorry for your loss. We lost my dad in 2008 and my mom in 2012. I still miss them everyday.

I am so sorry. My Dad would have been 98 if he was still alive. He has been gone since Jan of 2005 and I still miss him. You are so fortunate to have had him this long, but it still hurts, I know. It is never easy to lose someone we love.

I will keep you in my thoughts. It will be twelve years for me in May and I still think of him daily, I always will. At least I don't try to call him as often as I used to!
