    I Got the Job!

    JoAnn's just hired me to be the instructor for their sewing and quilting classes.
    I applied and was interviewed awhile back and didn't get the job. I went to the store Thurs. to buy something and the line was really long so I got out hoping for a shorter line, but it kept growing so I got back in it. There were 3 cashiers and one was the manager. I ended up at her register. When she saw me she told me that she had been just been talking to her asst. about me re: their need for an instructor. She asked me if I still wanted the job and I did. Wow! I didn't see that one coming. I'm just excited to see what plans God has for me. : )

        Congratulations, Coleen. Keep us posted on the experience. Do you know yet when you'll begin? Do they give you guidelines on what to teach or are you in total control of the choices made?

            Timing is everything. Betcha she was also thinking of how much extra help she was needing that day with the crowd. JK . LOL.
            Congrats on the position. Keep us updated on the whens, hows and etc.

                          Congrats.... enjoy,,, there is nothing more fun that working in a fabric store, IF you LOVE fabric and people... I had the pleasure of doing it twice,, once for 4yrs. and once for 3.... as I've always said the right person for the right job.. not always the right pay, but in life that's not what counts.. being happy and making others happy is... YES you will get the occasional "problem" person, but as you say,, enjoy what God has put in your path... keep us posted about your journey thru this adventure!!!! GB
