    Sad.

Last night I found out that a former student of mine passed away while at BYU. Rhett suffered with epilepsy and he fell and had a seizure and fell which ultimately caused his death.

It's incredibly sad. His mother was the art teacher and his dad taught science at the school with me when I met this charming boy. He was in my chorus from 6th grade through his 8th grade years. His mother and I remained in touch and friends even when I switched schools.
Rhett was a wonderful singer and was a member of the BYU men's chorus.

I'm deeply saddened to hear of his passing and heartbroken for his mother. Rhett has an older married brother , a younger brother and a baby niece.

    Please pray for their family.

    Thank you .

So sorry, Sondra. I can only imagine the grief of his family and friends. So young to leave our world.
Goodbye Europe! Hello California! Home sweet home.

Sending prayer for the family. As I've often said, no parent should ever have to be faced with the loss of a child . . . no matter the age or situation.

it's best not to try to put it out with gasoline.

Thank you all. His services will be this next weekend. His Mom is holding up as well as can be expected.
