I had asked a few days ago for everybody to cross your fingers so our house would sell quickly. Well, our house went on the market on March 10. The realtor showed the house on Sunday and then to another potential buyer yesterday. The people that looked at it yesterday wanted to see it again today and then submitted an offer. It was an appropriate offer so we ACCEPTED!!!!! It will be so nice not to have to worry about when and if a house 3 hours from us will sell. The only person that isn't as thrilled as us is my MIL. Her lease was up on her apartment and she decided she would move into the house so it wouldn't be empty. Well, she just moved in on February 28!!!! She will be moving here to Michigan and we have found her an apartment that is not too far but also not too close to our home.
