After seeing that recipe for the barley mushroom soup earlier today, I am presently cooking that for dinner. In the oven is a coconut crustless pie that is supposed to be delicious! Can't wait to find out!

Coconut? Crustless? Oh, that sounds so good. I'm on a diet that eliminates a whole bunch of allergenic foods, but coconut is allowed. Please, please, please post the recipe????Toni (Southern California) ... If I keep sewing long enough, will they make their own dinner?Comment

I'll post it in a bit. I've never made a bisquick pie so I have no clue. It was like a custard pie w/coconut thrown in.pat.

Our dinner is cooking, too! Per my 6yo son's request, we are having corned beef w/ cabbage, potatoes and carrots. I also have made a loaf of Irish soda bread. I wish I had a coconut pie to go with it though....LoriComment
