Our local univeristy and town could use prayer

Our local university and town could really use some prayer. We had three people die in less than a week who were involved with the university. On Thursday, a college professor, age 45, who died of complications from an appendectomy surgery. He leave behind a wife and two children.
And the other two deaths were college girls who were involved in a car accident on Saturday afternoon. One was 20 years old from St. Joseph, Missouri and the other was 19 from Springfield, Missouri. There was a third person killed in this head-on crash.
Sadly, these have not been the only deaths at the university this year.

I was just reading about this. So sad. ...prayers for these girls, their families, the man from Clinton and his family, central Missouri university and your community.

so sorry to hear prayers are sent. we had a weekend like that in our town years ago it 's hard on everyone.

Prayers being said. I had not heard of this until now. Regular TV and news is not on my agenda when the youngins are here. Such a tragedy, for these family's. Prayers for the community, and university faculty and help cope with their grief.
