So we got about 2 feet of snow yesterday (north east PA) and tomorrow we're going to get a few inches more. I really need to win the lottery so I can move to a tropical location. Sick of this cold weather and snow. But the dogs are having a good time...too bad they can't pick up a shovel.

Re: Sooo sick of it!
The amount of snow we've had hasn't bothered me so bad as the bitter cold temperatures. It has been too cold to let the children out to play except yesterday when it was in the 40s. But it is back cold today and the warm weekend we were suppose to have went out the door as the windchill is back.
Hope you are all able to still have power and warmth.

We must have about a foot here and maybe a few more inches coming tomorrow. I hate it. I think about moving back to Florida, but then it's the hurricanes and tornado's. I loved it when I was living there, figure maybe just take a chance and move back someday.Barbara :icon_bigsmile:

Re: Sooo sick of it!
I do wish there was some way you could send it over to us! We are in the worst drought EVER, I think I have heard that. We have at least two lakes that are completely dried up. We have farmers letting fields lay fallow because there just isn't enough water to water them all. Prices at the produce stands are really going to skyrocket/Dayna

Re: Sooo sick of it!
We are 4 miles from Dulles airport-outside of Washington DC and we got 18" in our area. I have a little Porsche BoxerS and I can't even seen the top of the hood! She looks like she lost part of her somewhere. That and she has rear wheel drive means she stays put when the roads get bad!
We got one pass from the snow plow which means the neighbors have alot of extra shoveling to do to get out! We grew up in MN so snow is a wonderful thing for us, BUT.............if you don't know how to drive if in, stay off the roads!Home is where your mother is..........;)
