Hope our Quilty friends are okay!

Thinking about and praying for all our quilty friends in the southeast U.S. Hope everyone is okay and made it through all the tornado's and storm damage! Had some here in VA, lost eight people, nothing compared to the over 200 further south. Soooo sad

I feel very fortunate where we live, No chance of tornado's, I feel for all the families affected by the recent storms.
It's very sad.

There was some confirmed deaths in the northern part of Georgia and their was some confirmed deaths in the middle part of Georgia. The Metro Atlanta area pretty much just got heavy rain and wind, nothing serious. I hope everyone else is ok as well. I'm about ready for these storms to stop especially at bed time and during the night.

We're busy helping cut some fallen trees and clearing roads here, its still nothing to compare with what Alabama has had,I'm so sorry for all of those folks over there, I can't even imagine the loss they're going through right now. Making up some boxes of clothes etc to send over the week end. I know they can use about anything right now. My prayers go out to all of them right now.

OMG How terrifying! We have been hearing news here in Australia and thoughts and prayers are with you all. Great to hear from our quilting friends and know that some, at least, are safe.

It is very sad what has happened over in the eastern states from us. We had several tornadoes to the south of where we are here in Texas, but no deaths. The pictures of the aftermath are just unbelievable.

Here in north al we have no power still. Not sure when it's coming back on. Maybe Monday. Have sketchy cell service but we are healthy and safe. Unfortunately there are too many others in my area who aren't. We are planning on volunteering to help with cleanup. Prayers are always welcome!! Thank you!!
