    I've been gone

It was January 17. I was awaken by dogs barking. I was confused when I woke up because I wasn't in my bed, I was actually walking in the middle of the highway. Those dogs were barking at me. All I could move were my eyes, yet I was walking to this wooded bike trail near the house. I peeked through some trees and saw an aircraft of some type on the ground under these huge power lines. It was ball shaped with no lights. As I stared at it, a door opened up and two small strange creatures came out.

I remember boarding the craft. The two creatures followed me. It was kind of cramped and very dark inside, but i could see a neon-kind of brightness. I asked where we were going. They said they were taking me behind the moon and I asked why? They said they couldn't be detected on earth’s radar from there. I looked out of a window and saw us leaving the earth. We passed the moon then made a turn. This took about 10 seconds. I felt like I knew these creatures.

I woke up naked in a funnel shaped pool filled with a greenish black gel. The pool was pretty deep. It was made of some kind of shiny metal. The surface was very slippery and I slipped under the gel when I tried to get out. There were at least 15 humans with me, screaming. I don't know what they were screaming about so I got scared. Some were under the gel moving around but most were trying to escape. One man kept climbing. The closer he got to the top he'd slide back into the pool. I thought this guy was nuts because where could he go? I heard voices telling me not to be afraid. They told me I would be fine and that I could breathe the gel. They said I could eat it and digest it. I couldn't drown in it. I could live in the gel. Some of the humans were in the pool for years by the way they were acting. I decided to live under the gel. That way I couldn’t be made to slide under. Then I blacked out.

I remember some pretty vivid images. I am frightened of frogs. I know it sounds crazy but it's my one phobia. It's their toes. Something like a frog took me by my hand and led me somewhere. I remember the touch of the hand. I tugged away and clenched my fist like I was going to fight. I knew if I hit them in the head my fist would go right through them. Then I realized that I was communicating to them without speaking. I knew what they were thinking and they knew what I was thinking. Then the smaller creatures brought over this taller one, a little taller than me. As the taller creature approached me he told me he was a prophet. I looked at his face for maybe half a second. His face grossed me out so I never looked at him again. If I looked at him again then he'd know how I felt about his appearance. I didn't want to offend him because he was the only to make me feel comfortable.

He explained that they wanted to do some medical examinations on me. I made a deal with him if they didn't hurt me I would do it. He promised, so I allowed them to do what they wanted. He said he would answer my questions. He walked me around as we talked. I looked at the ground the entire time so not to look at him. I remember coming out of a blackout while lying on a table. They took my right eye out of my head. They put a metal disk in my eye socket, about the size of a broken piece of rice. I asked, "What's that for?" They said so they can monitor me from space. I thought it was so they could see everything that I can see, like a video camera or something. Then they put my eye back in.

The tall creature answered my questions and showed me things in my head. He communicated to me like an adult would talk to a five-year-old child. As I asked him questions he put visions in my head. As we were walking and talking he walked through this doorway that you couldn't see until you walked through it. After this I found myself back in my house, slowly waking from a very relaxing sleep.

Sometimes, when there's a raging fire,
it's best not to try to put it out with gasoline.

See, I knew it! Alien abduction took you away! I am glad they returned you to earth unharmed! By the way, are there any fabric shops in that strange place with the green goo? If not, I hope I never have to go there! So glad to hear from you! Hope your eye with the sensor in it is OK!

BTW - January 17th - it doesn't surprise me at all, in fact it wouldn't surprise me if the world didn't spontaneously combust on that day. It's my monster in laws birthday ...

Was Mookie there? He was my favorite alien. Super creepy face with sticky-up hair that looked like palm fronds. Say hi to him for me next time you see him. Because they'll be back. Guaranteed.
