Re: Long Arm Quilting
Yeah, I'm asking DS for cash for mother's day instead of the usual potted plant. Putting all available cash towards taking the class. Can't wait! Better get a top done to use in the class.

Re: Long Arm Quilting
DH's SIL has done that at a shop near her. She wanted to get a LA but for the cost of the rental she decided not to.

Re: Long Arm Quilting
That sure is an opportunity. I would choose the class too, if I were you. Too bad we don't have anything like that in Luxembourg.

Long Arm Quilting
I found a long arm machine dealer near where our camp is. They are also sewing machine repair place and I hope they can fix my problem with my new Brother.
Not only do they sell the long are equipment, they also do quilting for folks. But the most exciting part is you can take a course (one-on-one) on using their machine for $125 and then just rent time to do your own quilting on their machine. Only $15/hour. I just might take that class. She said you could get a whole quilt done (not a king) during the class. So for the cost to sent your quilt out you can get it done in the class and learn how too.
Can't wait to get a top done to take the class with!Tags: None
