    Puzzling instead of quilting/sewing

Getting bored here. Did this puzzle of 2000 pieces to get my hands occupied, as sewing, quilting, knitting, gardening, even cleaning is out of order. And I can't sit still all day long and read, although I love it. Walking is also an alternative, but after 3-4 hours I get tired.
So I found puzzling. I did this 2000 pieces puzzle this week. When I bought it, I took 2, so that leaves another one for the next week

    Have a nice Quilting/Sewing WE

How neat! Our family put together a 1,000 piece puzzle a few years ago. We were so proud of it that I glued it together and framed it in a poster frame. We all signed the mat and it hangs in our hallway.

I'm glad you found something you're able to do with your hands! How much longer until you can sew again?

Love doing puzzles. And Sandy is right. Wild Animal for sure. Betcha you are counting the days until you get that thing off!

Thanks for all your compassion. The Wild Animal swap would've been ok. The other puzzle I bought has elephants on it. So much for the Wild Animal thing. I dismanteled this one already and I'll give it to my aunt. She's 84 and loves doing puzzle.

I tried some sewing, cross stitching and it worked. When I finish those guest towels I'll post a picture.

Blondie: that thing won't get off; its inside and is meant to stay there, to stabilize the bone and prevent future fractures. With my luck, I'm able to break the arm just above it.
