Long day, glad it is time to rest until the early morning.
Cathy, I actually FOUND some peach schnapps. Thinking of you just this minute. mm mmm good.
NM - glad that you warmed up a bit and hope tomorrow meets their predictions. I know this has been crazy weather for you.
Pattie, by now you are finished packing I am certain. You deserve to get the heckfire shoot out of Dodge for awhile, just as our Shauna is doing.
Sweet Trish, glad that Odie made it to OK - and it sounds as if your weekend will be packed. I am planning on bringing some of my older quilt books to a used book store for cash or credit.
Lynn, speaking of cute service guys - took my Mom to the big city for her appt with the surgeon who was an hour and a half behind - which is why I am so late saying nite nite here.
Only good thing about waiting was knowing what a looker her doc is. Mom and I both giggled to each other about it. Poor Luscious. He has to deal with women all day at work and then listen to us. Speaking on my behalf, when saying our goodbyes, instead of grabbing this delicious man in my substantial arms, I merely shook his hand warmly. Sigh. He still remembers the night we first met. I soundly told his good looking face off outside the surgical wing at 1:30 in the morning. Such nice memories. After the surgery for my Mom was successful he told me that I reminded him of his favorite aunt. He said everyone called her the General because she got things done "toute suite". LOL. My Daddy always DID call me bossy and my Mom does call me Mrs. Sassy. Luscious just calls me feisty.
Ladies, I am tired, ready for bed and will see y'all sometime tomorrow. I am not promising a chipper good morning.
Big hugs and wishes for good weather, great fabric to sew with and since I've been working on a tall fuzzy navel, I will wish everyone the good fortune to have a good looking service man or doctor in their future. It does cover a multitude of grief.
Nites!
