    Color Festival

My best friend and I like going to different cultural events. Today, with her teenagers in tow, we went to the Krishna Temple for the annual Holi Festival, also known as the Color Festival. They had live bands throughout the day. The band we heard played rock versions of traditional Hare Krishna chants, infused with bagpipes. It was great! EVERYONE was covered in rainbow colored chalk. All in all, a lot of fun. Here are a couple of pictures.
If you can't see it from 50 yards away on a galloping horse, it doesn't matter.

How awesome We don't have anything like that in my area, but what an amazing photo opportunity once that coloured powder goes flying!

Sounds like a lot of fun. I tried the link but it just says that that feature is unavailable now.

Sorry the link's not working. It should take you to my facebook photo album. Let me see if I can attach the pics here.
