Boy, I've got one just like that. Can't figure out why it just sits in the sewing room. I've never had one take so long ...

DH and I just had this discussion last evening.
One yard of fabric, like one cookie, is never enough!

I have three in line that are not quilting themselves. They won't this week either.😁

A minor miracle, I finished the last 3 blocks on the fall quilt before going to the dentist. I got it trimmed and ready for binding. Hooray!

I'm right there. I've taken a break from everything. I just don't enjoy any of my hobbies right now. It's enough to get through the day between working and being a caregiver.

Cokie, your plate is full. You do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself. Do not feel guilty for taking a break.

Cokie...I have finally learned that when our bodies tell us to rest, we should listen. No need to feel guilty or apologize for that. Take a break whenever you need...or want it. Take care of yourself and recharge as long as you need to. Hobbies are for fun...not stress and to be chores. Hug!
