Good News Update on my son-in-law

We just got a text from our son-in-law. His hospital insisted that he take a second COVID test, and it came back negative! Praise God!

This either means that the first test was a false positive or that his immune system conquered the virus. He's considering getting an antibody test in the near future to try and figure out which.

But, for now, we're all just breathing a huge sigh of relief.

Thank you all for your concern and your prayers. You are the best!
Toni ... If I keep sewing long enough, will they make their own dinner?

Good grief! All that worry for nothing. These test results? How in the heck do they figure out if it was a false positive or truly negative? Hopefully he has NO symptoms which would bear out the results from the new test he took. I am so happy for you all.

Good grief is right! Both my SIL and DD had a sore throat and a cough, which is what prompted SIL to get tested. He'll have to get tested for antibodies in a few weeks to figure out if he had a false positive or false negative. In the meantime, the second test seems to have a better track record, so they're bringing him back to work.

Glad he is OK - scary times - and now with allergies hitting hard and people getting "sick" from this - Just hope we are on the other side of this now. Good luck to Son in law
