Hi,

I just joined. I'm taking my first quilting class and really enjoy it, but I have so many questions. I've made my first pillow using a simplified card trick pattern.

Welcome newbiequilter! I'm new to quilting as well (working on my second one). I have found this site to be the most informative website. Always feel free to ask any questions you have and definitely check out the tutorials. Jenny, Sarah and the crew do a very wonderful job explaining and showing examples of how to do things. I read the "Quilting For Dummies" book before I got started and I think I learned more from this website than I did the book!!

I too am a newbie and if it weren't for the tutes from MSQC I would not be trying to quilt and loving every minute of it!

Welcome!! What kind of class are you taking? Is it just piecing? hand or machine?....I can't hand piece to save my life...I did take a class on hand quilting though and am taking another class next month on machine piecing...
