Welcome from another Missouri quilter. (Not near MSQ, though). It's a wonderful hobby you are getting into. It can be as simple or as intricate as you choose, always there ready for you when you get in the mood, and the item you make is useful, beautiful and appreciated, sometimes for generations!

Another welcome from North Carolina - on the Atlantic Ocean coast. Isn't it wonderful to discover that the quilts come together easily? Jenny is a great teacher!

Hiya from drizzly Wiltshire UK
I've sewn all my life, making clothes and upholstery items i've never considered doing patchwork because I couldn't bare the thought of making hundreds of little squares of paper then meticulously hand sewing all the fiddly bits together, far too fussy for me. I then discovered the Missouri Star video's... What a revelation! So lately i've spent most evenings watching Jenny tell me over & over how to do 'half square triangles' and how to MACHINE sew the whole thing!
I'm really looking forward making some of the quilts & hopefully finishing themwith the help of this forum.
