New to quilting; old to life!

Hello, I'm trying to teach myself to quilt. I've hit some wonky seams along the way but I am learning some new trick everyday I sit down at my machine.

Welcome and a great big Howdy from Utah!
I know you will enjoy it here. This is the friendliest place to be on the web. One of the benifits I like about being here is all the tutorials as well as being able to ask questions to others through out the world. I have noticed that you can get at least 1 reply within minutes of posting.
As far as wonky seams, well now, a seam ripper needs a job or two also! lol
Sending you Luvz, Hugz, & Prayerz

I agree with quiltsRfun. You're never too old to learn something new. I started quilting a few years ago and I know my sewing has improved but so has my ability to coordinate fabrics, etc. Happy quilting and welcome to the forum!
